		<description>I think that the commercial does play into the "old-fashioned" view of students in China. While most students in Asia still wear uniforms to school most of them do not dress so "blah" on the weekends. 

The message of the commercial is that China is still very Communist despite the rapid growth in the past decade. The uniforms look very stereotypical "Communist" garb--the colors are drab and the outfits are boring. It also gives the impression that students are strictly controlled.</description>
