		<description>Thanks for sharing.  I wonder if the 'colored grapes' are a cross between visual management applied to cross-training and "low hanging fruit" which is a common target for first lean projects.  Are grapes even common in China or did an American consultant come up with this?  It is very interesting to see how ideas are creatively adapted across cultures.....
